Department of chemistry organized a workshop on preparation of house hold products to the students of SDM Secondary school, Ujire on 20.02.2024. About 40 students were actively participated in the programme. Mr.Vignesh III B.Sc and Tejas III B.Sc spoke on the importance of chemistry in daily life. Students of III B.Sc demonstrated preparation of few household products like liquid soap, detergent, synthetic syrup, tooth paste, shampoo, detergent powder, phenyl to the school students.
