About EERPMS

The College Administration and all other services and activities are Computerized and monitored by MIS. The system deployed for management is EERPMS (Educational Enterprises Resource Planning and Management System). It is a comprehensive system that links every committee, dept, individual/stakeholder in view of smooth coordination and administration. Its uniqueness lies in its provisions for accessing the information as and when we require. The retrieval of the data for any purpose is simple and easy

The Modules included are:

  • Academic Management-Complete Students data soon after admission; Attendance- class wise, combination wise; Fees Collection and details; Exams- online/written tests or final exams marks in the compiled format; SMS alerts- class absence, holiday announcements, other messages; all details of courses, combinations, class rooms and other infrastructure.
  • Library Management- Acquisition section,  Circulation Section, Periodical Section and Technical Section; Purchase- In-warding,   Issuing, Cataloguing, Circulating, complete list of library holdings; OPAC(Open Public Access Catalogue); Periodical Subscription- In warding , arrival dates, List of arrival dates, subscriptions of journals and other magazines; Budgeting Options Department wise- spent and remaining fund details; Library users attendance- calculation of the average, the best user -class wise, day wise, hour wise; Stock Verification and Processing.
  • Administration Management- Students’ Course Details; Activity details- seminar/workshop/symposia/ conference attended or conducted, Research Projects, Publication details, Alumni Interaction details, extracurricular/co curricular activities details, Sports activity details, Guest lecture details; Assessments- tests/exams, services, infrastructure sufficiency, Performance of the faculty; Communication- in ward, outward, letters, e mails, orders or any message; Grievance Redreessal – all stakeholders can access and register and see the development or the process of redressing; Meeting Schedules- Dates communication and recording of minutes.
  • Hostel Management- Hostel Fees Collection, Grocery Purchase and billing and Mess Bill Management etc;
  • Accounts Management- Receipts and Payments up to Balance Sheet, Bank Transaction.
  • Human Resource Management- Employee Registration, Staff Profile,  Reports; Attendance Details; Leaves- leave application, recommendation and sanctioning, EL/CL details; Loans availed and advances details; Payroll generation and management; Service details- superannuation , promotions, increments, calendars of various units.
  • Inventory Management- Purchase, Asset Management, Feedback system, billing and transfers.
