II Semester: Quantitative Techniques- II Financial Accounting – II, Human Resource Management, Money and Public Finance
III Semester: Direct Tax- I, Financial Accounting – III, Modern Bank Management, Cost & Management Accounting – I
IV Semester: Direct Tax- II, Financial Accounting – IV, International Trade, Cost & Management Accounting – II
V Semester: Direct Tax- III, Corporate Accounting – I, Financial Management – I, Cost & Management Accounting – III, Business Law, Modern Marketing
VI Semester: GST & Customs Duty, Corporate Accounting – II, Financial Management – II ,Cost & Management Accounting – IV, Indian Corporate Law, Auditing
