Group I: Compulsory Core courses as given below

I Semester: Quantitative Techniques- I, Financial Accounting – I Strategic Management and   Organization Behaviour Business Economics

II Semester: Quantitative Techniques- II Financial Accounting – II, Human Resource Management, Money and Public Finance

III Semester: Direct Tax- I, Financial Accounting – III, Modern Bank Management, Cost & Management Accounting – I

IV Semester: Direct Tax- II, Financial Accounting – IV, International Trade, Cost & Management Accounting – II

V Semester: Direct Tax- III, Corporate Accounting – I, Financial Management – I, Cost & Management Accounting – III, Business Law, Modern Marketing

VI Semester: GST & Customs Duty, Corporate Accounting – II, Financial Management – II ,Cost & Management Accounting – IV, Indian Corporate Law, Auditing

Group II: The student has to choose One Elective Course offered.

Group III: Foundation Courses – The student shall study the following courses

  • Compulsory – English language is the compulsory course and one of the languages Kannada / Sanskrit / Hindi as second language
  • Elective – (i) Constitution of India (ii) Human Rights (iii) Gender Equity (iv) Environmental Studies – shall be studied as compulsory courses in I to IV Semesters.

Group IV: Extra/ Co-curricular activities – NSS / NCC/ R&R / Sports & Games/ Cultural & Literary/CC / Others activities offered by the institution shall be studied as compulsory courses in I to IV Semesters.
