Hampi Kannada University has recognised the college as a Study Centre for its research programmes and recognised the qualified internal and external staff members as research guides.

The college encourages the staff members to apply for funded research projects and publications. Student Research Project instils research skills at the UG level. A compulsory paper on Research Methodology and a Dissertation provides research orientation to the students at the PG Level.
