SDM College Ujire observed the 73rd Independence Day on the 15th of August at the Rathnavarma Stadium in the presence of students and faculty. Dr. B Yashovarma, the Secretary of SDME Society hoisted the tricolor as the college music team sang a number of patriotic songs. NCC cadets, students and little children formed an eye-catching audience with tricolors in their hands. Lieutenant Shridhar Bhat and other NCC officers were present at the occasion.
