“Kuvempu was a laureate whose works and personality knew no bounds. For a world that often feels deprived of literary essence, Kuvempu’s works are like elixir,” said Senior Journalist Narendra Rai Derla. He was speaking at the State Level Conference organized at SDM College by the institution in association with Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Foundation. The conference aimed at introducing the laureate to the current generation.
Kadidal Prakash, the Joint Secretary of the Foundation said “The foundation publishes and distributes the works of Kuvempu at affordable prices, which everyone must make the best use of. Kuvempu’s works can be beacons of light for life.”
The Principal of SDMC Ujire, Dr. Satheeshchandra, the Registrar Dr. BP Sampath Kumar and the Coordinator of the event, Dr. Rajshekhar were present at the occasion.
