On 21st August 2019, the IQAC and Student Performance Monitoring Committee organized assed on Orientation Programme – Mentoring the Mentors to the faculty members. The program focussed upon the importance of mentorship in the college and the role of teachers as mentors. Dr. Madhava Bhat, resource person for the program, spoke about mentorship, mentoring skills and ways to improve mentoring skills.58 staff members attended he program.
