The NAAC Peer Team visited SDM College Ujire on 30 & 31 January. The team consisted the members Prof Sanjay Kumar Satapathy, Vice Chancellor of Kalahandi University, Orissa as the Chairman of the team, Prof. Karanjeet Singh Kahlon, Registrar, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar Punjab as the Team Coordinator and Prof. Mahadev Gavhane, Principal, Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya, Latur. The members were welcomed to the institution where they were presented institutional highlights and various aspects pertaining to NAAC evaluation criteria by different departments.
The members visited all the UG and PG departments, facilities, campus infrastructure, associations, and were presented a unique cultural programme on the evening of 30th.
On 31st, exit meeting was conducted by the members with all the stakeholders of the college. The peer team members elaborated upon the positive and negative aspects of the institution based on their observations. Suggestions for improvement were proposed. The report has been filed and the institution can expect the accreditation results at the earliest.
