•  Ms. Manjula Presented a paper entitled “A study of perception of self employed profession forwarded green banking initiatives on major public sector banks at BantwalTaluk ” in a National conference on “Innovative Practices in Banking, Management,IT, Education and Social Sciences” held at College of Management and Commerce College, Srinivas University, Mangalur, on 31st November, 2019.
• Ms. Manjula presented the paper titled  “Students perception and satisfaction on Digital Payments Apps with reference to S.D.M. College,  Ujire”  in National level seminar on “Role of Digital Banking in Economic Development” held at Nehru Memorial  College, KurunjibagSullia, Karnataka on  15th July 2022.
• Ms. Manjula Presented and Published the paper entitled “A Comparison of Seasonal Volatility Models” in Materials today Proceedings in the month of june,2023.

• Participated in two-weeks Faculty Development Programme (workshop) on “Entrepreneurship For Academicians” held at SDMIT College, Ujire from June 7th to 19th,2019.
• Participated in National Level Work shop conducted by IBM team “Data Mining and Predictive Modeling held at Mangalore University, Mangalagangothri from 29th to 31st August, 2019.

• Participated and presented a paper titled “a Study on news paper reading habits among students” in the one day national conference on VIKSIT BHARATH@2047 problems and prospects organized by the department of economics and rural development in association with Research and development cell Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College (Autonomous), Ujire on 3rd Febraury 2024.
