The budget of 2021 is bringing about positive changes in investments and basic facilities. The far sighted budget is careful not to exert extra load on the middle class and shall play a role in increasing its confidence, said the HOD of Economics Department of Mangalore University, Dr. Jayanth Nayak. He was speaking as the resource person at the online conference organized by the department of Economics at SDM College Ujire.
Dr. Satheeshchandra, Principal of SDM College presided over the program and opined that it is vital for common man to comprehend the centre’s financial initiatives for the year. Dr. Jayakumar Shetty, HOD of department of Economics elaborated on how the budget lays emphahasis on investments and skill development.
