Department of PG Studies and Research in Social Work Post Graduate centre SDM College Ujire organized one day National level conference on Youth and Social Concerns on 26.05.2023. This conference was inaugurated by Mr.Shivakumar Circle Inspsector of Police Belthangady taluk. Mr.M.Y Harish Executive officer SDME Society was the chief Guest of the Programme Dr.Vishwanath Dean PG Studies presided over the conference. Dr.K.G Parashurama Professor and chairman Department of studies and Research in Social Work Tumkur University, Tumkur handled the technical session on statistical view of Youth and social Concerns. Students of more than 10 colleges attended the conference and 59 scholars have attended and presented research papers. During valedictory Honorable secretary Dr.Satheeshchandra .s and Dr.Kumar Hegde Principal SDM College Ujire attended the valedictory session. Paper Presentations, Technical Session, variety Competition, Poster Making and FGD were the key activities of the Event. Dr.Dhaneshwari and Dr.Athul S Semitha were conveners of the Conference.
