• Awarded with Bronze for ‘Expertise’ for playing a key role in UK-HL’s CCAR data submission project to complete the file generation and data checking process, highlighting and resolving issues in collaboration with the team based in the UK.
• Awarded with Bronze for ‘Empower and Inspire each other’ for continuously advancing GECA Sourcing & Fleet Services analytics deliverables to new levels of excellence. Demonstrated functional mastery in B.I. tool sets, consistently made extra efforts under tight timelines, and effectively communicated new learning methodologies and insights—greatly benefiting new Orders and Deliveries, Log Number Pipeline, Drivers and Services Coverage. This groundwork established new standards for the next generation of Business Measurement Processes at Fleet.
• Awarded with Silver for ‘Expertise’ for the continued pursuit of operational excellence and for delivering high value throughout the year by developing innovative models, adopting new approaches, and maintaining excellence across all project work.
• Awarded with Silver for ‘Imagination & Courage’ in recognition of steadfast dedication and perseverance in the development and deployment of new analytics and visualization models—specifically through the use of the Spotfire tool in Fuel, the new Asset Aging for OEM strategy sessions, and the upgrade of standard monthly packages for Managed Networks.
