“Financial auditing has seen a great progress with the development of technology. It has also enabled fast transactions with efficiency and transparency”, said Prof. Sateeshchandra, Principal of SDM College Ujire. He was speaking as he inaugurated the national workshop on Public Finance Management at the college on 17th of September.
Senior AO, PFMS News Delhi, S Francis stated “All institutions must utilize the modern methods of finance management. This way, we can control the misuse or wastage of funds sanctioned by apex bodies.”
Various office holders of the institution Prof. Dinesh Chowta, Dr. Vishwanath, Dr. BP Sampath Kumar, Dr. B Ganapayya and Shantiprakash were present. Organizing SP of the event Yuvaraj Poovani and Lydia mastered the ceremony. Participants from over 50 colleges took part in the workshop.
