Nammura Varthe is the weekly news bulletin of 20 minutes, covering the various developments in Belthangady Taluk. The students collect information and develop them into news with visuals. During the process, they learn writing appropriate scripts, anchoring, recording and editing. This proficiency helps the students to face the camera and enter into the massive electronic media industry instantaneously.
Producing documentary involves a lot of pre and post production works. The students are provided with intensive training in every aspect of the documentary development. The produced documentaries are uploaded to the YouTube Channel of the Studio.
We encourage the young directorial talents to develop fictional narrations in the form of short films. Staff at the department guide them in every aspect of film making and provide the aspirants with hands on experiences. Some of the films are even screened at film festivals.
