Mangalore University volleyball team created history in the University by winning the championship trophy at the South India Inter-University Volleyball Tournament for the very first time this year. It is a proud moment of SDM College Ujire as four of the players in the University team are students of SDM. The students Sachin TS from MSW, Rakesh BR from BA, Nikhil N from BBA and Mahesh Kumar HK from M.Com are the proud representatives from SDM. These players have also been selected to represent their respective team at the All India Inter University Volleyball Championship which shall be held at Bhuvaneshwar, Odissa in January 2020. The South India Inter-University Volleyball Tournament was held at Krishna University Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh from 26th to 30th of November.
