On 26 December 2021, HRD & Placement Cell of the College coordinated Pre-placement training on ‘Shramika Udyoga Mela’ to be organized by Sri Harish Poonja, MLA of Belthangady Taluk on 22 January 2022, in the SDM College Campus. 186 passed out students and 134 pursuing students from Belthangady Tq were the beneficiaries of the program. Sri Harish Poonja, MLA of Belthangady Tq addressed the students and Mr. Vivek Alva, Managing Trustee, Alvas Education Trust and his team ‘Alvas Pragathi’ trained the job aspirants. Dr. Nagaraj Poojari and Mr. Harish Shetty coordinated the programme.
