Dr. Ravishankar.K.R from the Department of MSW at SDM College Ujire has been awarded Ph.D from Mangalore University,Mangala Gangothri, Mangalore. His research study titled ‘A study on the problems faced by women members of grama panchayats in Dakshina Kannada District.’ He was guided by Dr Jacinta D’Souza,Former Principal,School of Social Work,Roshni Nilaya,Mangalore.
