• Registered for Ph.D in the year 2021 at SDM PG Centre under Mangalore University under the guidance of Dr. Shashiprabha. Title of the thesis: Synthesis and Biological Studies of Some Nitrogen, Sulphur and Oxygen Containing Heterocyclic Systems.

• Divya P, Shashiprabha, K.N Venugopala, Vishwanatha P, Melendhran Pillay, Pran Kishore Deb have published Indian patent for the research work titled “Method for obtaining derivatives of 2-isobutoxy-5-(thiozol-2-yl)benzene” on 17 January 2025. Issue no: 03/2025.

• Presented a poster entitled “Design, Synthesis and Molecular Docking Study of 4-oxo-4H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazine-2-carbohydrazide derivatives” in Three Day International Conference on Innovations in Chemistry: Materials and Medicines for Sustainable Society (ICMMSS-2025) organised by Department of PG Studies and Research in Chemistry, Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College (Autonomous), Ujire, from 8 to 10 October 2025.
• Presented a paper entitled “Design, Synthesis, Structural Elucidation and Molecular Docking Analysis of 1,2,3- Triazole-4-Carboxamide Derivatives ” in Three Day International Conference on Recent Advances in Chemical and Biological Sciences for Sustainable Future(RACBSF-2025) at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bengaluru from 19 to 21 February 2025.
• Presented a poster entitled “Synthesis and Characterization of 2-isobutoxy-5-thiazol-2-yl) benzonitrile and 2-isobutoxy-5-thiazol-2-yl)benzoic acid derivatives as anti-TB agents|” in Two Day International Conference on New Materials in Carbon Capture and Environmental Remediation- 2024 (NMCCER-2024) organised by the Department of Chemistry, NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, Karkala on 5 and 6 December 2024.
• Presented a paper entitled “Synthesis, Characterisation and Larvicidal Studies on Novel 2-isobutoxy-5-(thiazol-2-yl) benzo nitrile and isobutoxy-5-(thiazol-2-yl) benzoic acid derivatives against anopheles arabiensis” in  Two Day National  Conference on Advanced Materials for Chemical and Biological Applications organised by the Department of PG Studies and Research in Chemistry and Research and Development Cell, Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College (Autonomous), Ujire on 6 and 7 March 2024.
