Indian Army Day Celebrated at SDM College

The 77th Indian Army Day was celebrated at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara (SDM) College, Ujire, under the aegis of the National Cadet Corps (NCC). The event commemorated the historic occasion when the administration of the Indian Army was officially handed over from British control to Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa on January 15, 1949.
