MYTHREYEE LADIES HOSTEL
INTRODUCTION
The “Maithreyee Ladies Hostel” was established by SDME Society, in the year 1992. The hostel provides good facilities along with an education that helps the students to prepare themselves for life ahead.
Dr.D.Veerendra Heggade, the President of SDME Society and Dr.B.Yashovarma, the Secretary have been the guiding spirit and the driving force behind the success of the hostel.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

Admission is based on merit and the economic conditions of the students.

Representation is given to all religions and communities

Total number of students in Hostel is 334.(Sports 50,Frea seat students 14)

New admissions depend on the number of outgoing students

FACILITIES:

There are 73 rooms, 1 Sports Hall, 33 Bathrooms, and 39 toilets

Every room is provided with lights and fans
-
Each student is provided with an individual table, chair, cot, cupboard and Individual lamp.
ACTIVITIES:

Guest speech is conducted once in a month
-
Cultural programmer (wing wise program )once in a month.

One of the student is read on a selected topic in the prayer time

A wall magazine INCHARA is issued once in a month

GENERAL RULES:

Strictly follow the time table
-
Attend the prayer regularly
-
Keep the slippers neatly out side the room and mess hall
-
Put the leftover after food in the bucket provided and not on floor or wash basin
-
Keep the mess surrounding clean
-
Don’t Leave the room for the food before the bell
-
Don’t spill water coffee,tea ,milk etc on the corridor and staircase.
-
Don’t take the foodstuffs to your rooms
-
Don’t switch on the light and fans unnecessary
-
Dont violet the rules
-
Keep room, bath room ,verandas and toilts clean
-
Don’t entertain any visitor with out warden permission and will not take to room
-
Mobile is not allowed in the hostel
